Do I need an appointment?
You do not need an appointment to shop with us, walk-ins are always welcome! However, from December through April on Saturdays and public holidays, we tend to be very busy. To avoid long wait times for dressing rooms, we recommend visiting during the week.

During prom season, we offer private appointments before and after regular store hours. These are paid appointments designed for girls who prefer extra privacy and one-on-one attention from one of our senior stylists. What sizes do you carry?
We are proud to carry a wide range of sizes in store.

• Cocktail dresses: 000–18
• Long gowns: 000–26

 

What is your price range?
Our dresses start at around $398 and can go up to $1,000+. The average price range for our gowns is $550–$800. This price range reflects the high-end designers that we carry. Please note that we do have a clearance section, where sale dresses may be 50% off, 25% off, or even as low as $99.

 

Can I bring guests with me?

Yes! You are welcome to bring friends or family to help you shop. We recommend bringing no more than 2 to 3 guests; only one person is allowed with you in the dressing area. This is so that everyone can have a comfortable experience in the store, the dressing area can get very crowded! 

 

Do you rent dresses?
No, we do not rent out dresses. Most of our gowns require personal alterations, and we also have contractual obligations with our designers that prevent rentals.

 

Do you offer in-house alterations?
We do not have an in-house seamstress, but we’re happy to refer you to one of our trusted alteration specialists in your area based on your location and needs.

 

Do you register dresses?
We no longer register prom dresses due to the rise of online shopping, nearby boutiques, and similarities between certain style numbers. 

However, we do register pageant gowns to help ensure that no other contestant appears on stage in the same dress. Please note that we cannot control what other stores sell.

 

Do you offer layaway?
Yes! We offer layaway on full-priced dresses. A 25% deposit is required to start a layaway. After that, there is no minimum payment schedule, but the balance must be paid in full within 90 days.

 

Do you accept returns?
All dress, accessories, and layaway sales are final.
There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds. No exceptions!
